The VIP ACO Registry provides an online dashboard tracking the data collection process in real-time. You can use this dashboard to view all patients in the sample whose data collection is in progress, completed, or approved for submission. You can also use this dashboard to view patients by specific measures. For example, you can easily pull up all diabetic patients for whom the collection of diabetes-related data points is in progress.
